Spatial Transcriptomics Dataset Browser

STellaris provides a manually curated compilation of spatial transcriptomics (ST) data spanning a wide variety of biological systems. We collected 101 ST datasets comprising 823 sections across organs, developmental stages and pathological states from humans and mice. All curated ST datasets were processed by a centralized workflow. We provide this interface to help users navigate through this catalog. Select a ST dataset and explore the spatially resolved expression profiles of genes of interest.
