STellaris: accurate spatial mapping of scRNA-seq data
STellaris is an integrated web server for accurate and flexible spatial mapping of user-uploaded single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. It is founded on a manually curated compilation of spatial transcriptomics datasets across diverse organs, developmental stages and pathological states. The tissue-scale spatial cellular maps would subsequently facilitate the interpretation of intercellular communications in the spatial context.
For single-cell multiomics
Enter a gene of interest to search for spatially resolved gene expression heterogeneity.
First, please enter a name of your job and provide an email address (optional) to receive the notification of project progress.
Select Matched Species, Organ & Tissue
Please select the category of species, organ and tissue that your scRNA-seq data fits into.
Select scRNA-seq Data
Please select your scRNA-seq data including a cell-by-gene raw count matrix file and a label file with cell type annotation.
